Samantha Stichman- LCSW
I am a licensed certified social worker and grief counselor specializing in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. As a certified grief counselor, I support individuals through the complexities of loss—whether from death or other significant life changes—by providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. With training in suicidality, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I offer evidence-based treatment tailored to each person’s unique needs. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space where clients feel truly heard and supported as they build resilience and move forward.
Outside of the therapy room, my interests in astrology, mindfulness, creative writing, and yoga inform my work and help me connect with clients in authentic ways. I believe in integrating personal growth and wellness into clinical care and would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
